Élan began in 2012 with a fortieth birthday for twenty-two guests in a borrowed Mumbai apartment. The brief was simple: make the evening feel inevitable.
Fourteen years later the studio runs three-day palace weddings and thousand-delegate summits, and the brief has not changed.
Restraint, then generosity.
We remove before we add. A room with one idea executed completely will always read as more considered than a room with five.
Then we are generous where it counts — in service ratios, in rehearsal time, and in the hours our team stays after the last guest has left.
